I met many new people during this month. I found that they tended to call me Mei(May?) instead of Mei-Yi. That sounds fine with me, just need more time to get used to my new name.
It's quite interesting to hear ppl call me Mei-Yi and Mei at the same event. I like this short sound "Mei", it sounds more powerful than two sounds "Mei-Yi". Ha, now I can introduce myself as "May(Mei) flower"....
